Prolific fraud offender Shane Mackey appeared in court #10 charged as was charged with 9 counts of fraud by false pretenses reference to the Facebook Markeplace scam (six separate complaints involving the theft of over $40,000).
He plead guilty to all counts and was remanded to BDOCS until sentencing which was deferred to December 13th 2021. The matter was prosecuted by Sgt 260 Pyfrom.
