New magistrates sworn in at Main Supreme Court


Four newly appointed Magistrates for the New Providence district are Algernon Allen Jr, Kendra Kelly, Ian Marie Darville-Miller and Shaka Serville were sworn in on Monday at the Main Supreme Court on Bank Lane.

In welcoming them to the bench, Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt noted that the public stands to benefit from their varied experiences in criminal, civil and family law; she also indicated that their appointments now pushes the total number of magistrates to thirteen.
