A car chase between police and four suspects ended deadly for a man on Cooper’s Terrace near Kemp Road on Tuesday.
The deceased was the driver of the vehicle occupied by the suspects where a weapon was later found. Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police, Roberto Goodman was on the scene where he provided details of the incident. He said, “at this time, like I say, the matter is under active investigation. This chap is not known to the police but he appears to be in his early thirties.”
Police are also on the hunt for the other three men who escaped from the scene. Goodman said, “we see a number of surveillance footage and cameras in this area and so we’ll rely on them so we can be definitive and be able to say what exactly transpired here today.”
