Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a truck on Pine Barren Road near Prince Charles Drive on Tuesday.
Police Press Liaison Officer, Chief Superintendent Sheria King was on the scene where she provided details of the incident which was initially thought to be a traffic accident. She said, “when the body was examined there appeared to be injuries to the upper body inconsistent with a traffic accident. Therefore our officers are doing their preliminary investigations at this time and will continue their investigation to find out the true cause of death for this particular male.”
According to King the man was in his late forties and an autopsy would be performed to determine the cause of death.
