Minister of National Security, the Hon. Wayne Munroe commented on the alleged sexual assault of two female visitors on the island of Grand Bahama.
Munroe told ZNS News, “the resort, the attraction have been very robust. They have an expansive CCTV system. When the complaint was made they contacted the police, they’re fully cooperating, that’s the most that we can say. Attractions should as far as possible put in CCTV so you can capture what is happening and if an event does happen then you should reach out, report it to the police and cooperate fully with the police.
The two women, who are from the state of Kentucky, took to social media to make public their allegations that they were sexually assaulted while visiting Pirates Cove on Grand Bahama while on a cruise.
