Miss Bahamas Universe 2025, Malique Maranda Bowe, was given a royal welcome by loved ones and well-wishers when she returned home on Saturday, May 31, 2025 after capturing the coveted crown in New Providence. Minister for Grand Bahama, the Hon. Ginger Moxey and Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry for Grand Bahama Kingsely Smith were also on hand for the reception. Miss Bowe will represent The Bahamas at the 74th Miss Universe pageant in Thailand in November.
