Prime Minister and Progressive Liberal Party (PLP) Leader, the Hon. Philip Davis addressed supporters following Darron Pickstock’s victory in the Golden Isles bye-election on Monday.
Mr. Davis told those gathered at Pickstock’s campaign headquarters on Carmichael Road that the Member of Parliament elect has his unwavering support. He said, “this is a wonderful moment for Golden Isles. Golden Isles, I want to thank you for choosing a man that will get the job done for you. He heard your cries, he understands your pains and he knows your worries and also knows your ambitions and he will deliver as he says.”
Pickstock will fill the seat left vacant by the Late Hon. Vaughn Miller in the House Of Assembly.
