Police on the island of Bimini are investigating a fire at the All My Children Hotel in Alice Town.
The fire reportedly started around 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Member of Parliament for West Grand Bahama and Bimini, Kingsley Smith provided details of the incident. He said, “I contacted the administrator for the island, Mrs. Arthur. She would have contacted Resorts World who had a water tank to at least begin to contain the fire. Also the airport fire engine team was called and they came out and they helped with the containment of the fire.”
Smith continued saying, “I’m happy to say that about 4:15 p.m. – 4:20 p.m. the fire was contained and there were no other damages to any property in the vicinity. And so I’m happy to know that. All teams on the island mobilized and they did
